How to Make a Return

If you’d like to return your order, just reach out to us at accounts@supawellness.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We will guide you through the process and provide return address. Postage will be paid for by you (the customer ) as we do not offer free postage on returns.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
✔ The item is unused and in its original condition
✔ All tags and packaging are intact
✔ You have your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages or Issues?

We want to make things right! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

(Heads up! Your bank or credit card provider may take a little extra time to process the refund.)
